Ok I rang up this morning again, but a different phone number. Anyone trying to get it done through the RBH you need to call the switch board, not the facial clinic. Anyway finally got through & I've been booked in for the 23th of January! So much sooner than I thought it would be! So excited :)
I will update more once ive had my appointment :)
